We want you to love every Kalakrati piece. If something is not right, you may be able to return or exchange eligible products in line with this policy and the options shown on your order.
Eligibility
Returns and replacements are available only after your order is marked delivered, and within 7 days from the delivery date shown on your order (or the return-eligible date we display in your account).
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, accessories, and packaging intact where applicable. We may refuse a return that appears used, damaged after delivery, or incomplete.
- Personalised, custom-made, engraved, or made-to-order items are generally not returnable unless defective or incorrect.
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned once opened or used, except where required by law.
- Digital-only or non-physical goods follow the terms stated at purchase.
How to start a return
Use the return flow from your order in “My orders” after delivery, or follow the instructions in your order confirmation email. Upload clear photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect so we can review faster.
Refunds and replacements
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Timing may depend on your bank or payment provider. Replacements are subject to stock availability; if an item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit as agreed with you.
Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable except where we confirm an error on our part or a defective/incorrect shipment.
Inspection and fraud prevention
Returned products are inspected before approval. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet this policy or show signs of misuse.
